In a bowl, mix both flours with 1 teaspoon salt, the yeast and the seeds. While stirring, add 150-200 ml lukewarm water and mix until the dough forms a soft ball.
Knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Brush the top of the dough with water.
Put the cake pan in the fryer basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Set the timer to 18 minutes and bake the bread until it is golden brown and done. Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack.
Variations:Cheese Loaf;Use 50% whole wheat flour and 50% plain flour and replace the seeds with 50 g grated cheese. Before baking, sprinkle some cheese over the bread.Nut Loaf;Replace the seeds with coarsely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts. Make the bread with plain flour instead of whole wheat flour (optional).
